Marble fitting in common areas is completed. Lift frames finishing is completed by 70%. Painting works are completed in apartments from 10th to 3rd floor. Kitchen sets are installed on floors from 10 to 5. Pool finishing works are in progress. Screed in the frontal area has been completed. The exterior walls finishing is 90% completed. Heavy duty cables have been brought from the electric substation to the building. Water meters are being set.

Floors 10 and 9 are completed. Sliding doors are installed on the floors 11 - 3. Facade of the building is completed by 70%. Roofing is finished. The GF lobby and the basement have been equipped with the lighting fittings. EAC have installed the transformers to the substation and proceed with the connection of the building to the grid. South side of the is completed with the hard landscaping.
September 2021
The installation of plumbing equipment in the premises of the SPA zone is in progress. Installation of elevators has been completed. The outer contour of the building is closed from the 11th to the 6th floor. Installation of Soundproofed plasterboard partitions was completed on all the floors . The screed was installed on the 2nd and 1st floors. Services in the apartments, including heat pump systems and fire extinguishing systems, were installed from 10th to 4th floor, inclusive.
AUGUST 2021
The finishing of the SPA zone is being completed. A wooden sauna is being installed. On the 7th , 8th ,9th and 10th floors, finishing works are being carried out. On the 6th and 7th floors the partition installation and MEP installation have been completed. Elevator equipment was delivered on site, and installation has began. Installation of input hard duty cables and switchboards is in progress.
July 2021
The contractor proceeds with the tiling and painting of the apartments on the 10th, 9th and 8th floors. The facade glazing has been installed to the 7th and 6th floors. Partition walls and MEP installations were completed on the 5th and 6th floors. The casting of the south stair to the beach is in progress.
MAY 2021
The Contractor is proceeding with the installation of the facade glass to the floors 9-11; the soundproofing and waterproofing layers` installation is in progress. On the 9th and 10th floors the partitions were completed, the underfloor heating was installed and the screed was casted. The floors of the parking area were finished according to the Caviti system technology. On the South side the Contractor proceeds with the construction of the staircase from the lobby to the beach. The SPA area is equipped with ventilation and A/C equipment.
JUNE 2021
Facade glazing of 11, 10, 9, 8 floors has been completed, finishing works are being carried out on these floors. Underfloor heating equipment is being installed on the 7th and 4th floors. Ventilation equipment is installed on the 11-7th floors, on the Ground floor and basement levels. Lobby aluminum structures are set out.
APRIL 2021
Installation of a balustrade and railings on the roof of the building is in progress. The partitions with the provisions for MEP equipment are being carried out on the 10th,9th,8th. 4th floors. False floors with the screed were set out in the area of parking and SPA (50% of volume). The surfaces of the basement were treated with antifungal compounds. The construction of an electrical substation with communications is in progress.
MARCH 2021
The structural frame of the curtain wall was completed, firebreaks are being installed. Mansory works were completed on all floors. Western boundary wall and attached staircase to the beach were casted. Waterproofing to the pool is done. Balancing tanks for the jacuzzi and the pool have been casted.
FEBRUARY 2021
The contractor has completed the partitions in the SPA area as well as mechanical systems to the risers. Ventilation and A/C units are being installed in the common areas of GF and Basement. The aluminum frame of the facade has been installed up to the 9th floor and to the staircase shafts. Externally the contractor is casting the core of the swimming pool (70%), the basements for the guardhouse and meter room were completed.
NOVEMBER 2020
The floor slab and columns of the 11th floor were completed. The contractor proceeds with the construction of the Roof slab formwork, partition walls installation in SPA and GYM areas as well as the pool construction. Fire systems are being installed in the basement and round floor areas.
The contractor has completed the structural frame of the building. Fire systems in the basement are also completed. MEP subcontractor is carrying out on installation of the mechanical and electrical equipment in the basement and to the risers. The facade subframe system is being installed on the Eastern elevation. At the same time the structural frame of the pool, the basement of the guard house and other axillary buildings has been constructed. In spa area the fishing works have begun.
DECEMBER 2020 - JANUARY 2021
OCTOBER 2020
Casting of the 9th floor slab of the eastern section and the columns and elevator shafts of the 9th floor of the western section was completed. The installation of air ducts for climate systems and a fire extinguishing system on the ground floor has begun. The contractor also began the installation of Gypsum partitions on the 5th floor. The façade mockup was set.
SEPTEMBER 2020
The casting of the columns, elevator shafts and staircases on the 7-th floor level of East elevation has been completed. Metal frameworks of the 9-th floor slab of West elevation are being installed. The Contractor has completed partition walls installation including MEP installation and casted the screed in the apartments of the 1-st floor. The contractor is progressing on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The process of the underfloor heating installation has been started on the 1
st
floor.

Contractor has completed the structural frame at the levels of 6-th and 7-th floor. Brickworks on the 1st and 2nd floors have been completed, on the levels of 3rd, 4th and 5th floors are being actively performed. The subcontractor began to install dry partitions on the 1-st and 2nd apartment floors.

Contractor has completed the structural frame at the levels of 6-th and 7-th floor. Brickworks on the 1st and 2nd floors have been completed, on the levels of 3rd, 4th and 5th floors are being actively performed. The subcontractor began to install dry partitions on the 1-st and 2nd apartment floors.
MAY - JUNE 2020
The Government of the Republic has released the quarantine measures against CoVID-19 on May 4, 2020. The Contractor proactively engaged in the sequential construction of the third, fourth, and fifth floors of the main building. Parallel to that, the brickworks and plastering on the basement and first floor are being performed. Also, the scaffolding for the further facade works is being installed around the main building.
FEBRUARY 2020
The contractor is actively performing the casting of the columns, walls, elevator shafts of the ground floor. At the same time, the other construction crew is proceeding with the completion of the 1
st
floor slab.
The formwork of the ground floor slab is being removed; the area of the basement is being prepared for the brickworks. Backfilling is also in progress.
MARCH - APRIL 2020
Structures of the entrance area and lobby of the Ground floor are completed and the Contractor reached the active phase of the construction of the structural framework of the 1-st and the 2-nd floors.
Parallel to the above, the final section of the basement floor roof slab as well as the first section of the ramp leading to the parking are being constructed. The Contractor has delivered the first part of HQ ceramic blocks on site and ready to proceed with the brickworks at the storage area and MEP room.
Since March 24, 2020, to May 04, 2020 according to the directive of the Government of Republic all construction works were suspended due to the prevention of CoVID-19 spread.
JANUARY 2020
The columns, elevator shafts, structural walls and provisions for services of the underground level as well as boundary walls have been completed. Reinforcement works on the ground floor level are ongoing.
SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER 2019
All necessary tests including ultrasonic integrity tests and static load test have been completed. Reinforcement installation and provisions for services in the foundation slab has been completed. The contractor is casting the raft foundation.
NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2019
The contractor has completed casting of the raft foundation. Reinforcement frameworks of the columns, elevator shafts, and provisions for services of the underground level are being installed. The invited experts from Cetco Group have completed waterproofing installation. The main contractor has started the basement roof slab casting.
JULY 2019
The foundation pit has been completed, board piles casting is in progress. The deep foundation of the building consists of 56 board piles of various depths.
